Welcome to Friendship Zone, a social networking site where friends have the opportunity of sharing their lives and interacting with other Friendship Zone users. By using, accessing and registering with the Friendship Zone service will constitute your binding acceptance and that you have read the following Terms and Conditions.
Modifications to Friendship Zone and the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify, add or remove parts in our Terms and Conditions at any time. We will post those changes to this privacy statement, put a notice on our homepage, and other places we deem appropriate either by email or by notifying you in our Privacy Policy statement. If, for any reason, the changes seem unacceptable to you, then you should stop using the Friendship Zone service.
Age Regulation
In order to become a Friendship Zone member and to be able to use the service, the user must be aged 13 years or older. By subscribing to become a member on Friendship Zone, you declare that you are 13 years or older and that you have the ability to understand, approve and will act in accordance with this Terms & Conditions.
Registration
Friendship Zone users must provide accurate and real information during registration, and keep contact information accurate and up to date. During the registration process, you will be asked to create a username along with a password where you will be responsible for keeping your password safe along with your actions under that username. We recommend that you use strong passwords to prevent your account being misused. We reserve the right to remove or deny a username if it seems inappropriate by us after due thought or is offensive to other Friendship Zone users. If we close your account, you will not create another one without our permission. Convicted sex offenders are not allowed to use Friendship Zone’s service.
Appropriate Behaviour and Suitable Content - Use it in a suitable manner
Friendship Zone should not be used for any illegal or unlawful reasons. We are not obliged to it, but may take actions we deem appropriate by taking away or restricting access to the materials that we decide with due thought that happen to be unlawful, fraudulent, obscene, threatening, or otherwise unacceptable, or where a party’s intellectual property is being violated from a Friendship Zone user. You will be held responsible for the links and contents that you put forward, post and display on Friendship Zone whether it is photos, video clips, data, information, graphics, audio, profile, and/or other materials.
Whilst using the Friendship Zone service, you agree not to: -
- Insult, abuse, bully, harass any user.
- Post, submit, publish or even distribute content that is harmful, threatening, pornographic, provokes violence, includes nudity, against the law, hateful, misleading, malicious, discriminatory or racially/ethnically unacceptable.
- Use other user’s information for purposes other than to determine a Friendship Zone user that is quite acceptable and approved of by such other users.
- Encourage or promote illegal actions.
- Email, post or send out any materials or content that holds in any way software viruses, Trojan horses, worms or any such files or programs that will ruin or disrupt the operation of any computer software/hardware.
- Damage the website by using the Friendship Zone service in an illegal manner or in any other way.
- Try to obtain access at the Friendship Zone service which is not permitted through any means.
- Distribute, upload or post materials that breach any copyright, patent, trademark or any other applicable law.
We can remove any content or information that is posted on Friendship Zone if we believe it goes against this Terms & Conditions.
Privacy & Personal Information on Friendship Zone
Your privacy is taken into account with great importance by Friendship Zone and its employees. How your information is used and shared is controlled by our Privacy Policy which can be found at the bottom of the webpage, under the heading Privacy.
If we require the need to do so, we can issue a press release describing our relationship with you.
Internet/WAP Access
Friendship Zone will not be responsible for the problems faced for any connection or access to the service by the user, which includes any information being passed between the user and the website.
Third Party Links and Sites
Friendship Zone may contain links to other websites. Friendship Zone is not responsible for the Terms & Conditions of other websites as it does not own nor have control over them. These sites may have their own Terms & Conditions, so therefore it is advisable to check and read each and every site before continuing.
Limitation of Liability
Your use of the Friendship Zone service is at your own risk. If damages or losses of any sort were incurred as a result of the use of, or inability to use the Friendship Zone service, Friendship Zone will not be liable for it under any circumstances. However, a limitation of liability applies: (i) Death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Friendship Zone. (ii) Damages occurring as a result of the use of and reliance on the Friendship Zone service, from inability to use the Friendship Zone service, or from the termination, or suspension of the Friendship Zone service.
Friendship Zone shall have no liability for any failure or delay to perform, if such failure is as a result of Acts of God or any other situations which are beyond the control of Friendship Zone. These include fire, flood, earthquake, or other natural disasters, war, power failure, governmental action, orders from courts or tribunals.
Friendship Zone disclaims that the Friendship Zone service will meet your requirements and will be error free, timely, at all times operability, secure, or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other unsafe components.
You approve that Friendship Zone shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination or suspension of the use of Friendship Zone service or any modifications done to it.
Cancelling your account on Friendship Zone
You have the option to cancel your account at any time, for any reason if you no longer wish to be a member on Friendship Zone. After signing in to the site, click on the User tab found at the top of the page, followed by Edit Profile, then scrolling down to Delete Account. Once you cancel your account, your profile and other personal information will be removed.

Notices regarding the changes made to these Terms or regarding the overall service on Friendship Zone will be posted to this statement, on our homepage, and other places we deem appropriate either by email or by notifying you here.
Legal Issues
Friendship Zone reserves the right to take any legal solutions in order to prevent the breach of these Terms and also to safeguard the Friendship Zone service, it’s users, and the rights and property of Friendship Zone.
If your actions, information or contents on Friendship Zone causes anyone to bring a claim against us, then in such situation you will indemnify and hold us harmless from and against all damages, losses and costs connected to it.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Friendship Zone.
